Court Place Gardens will comprise of new-build two- and three-bedroom homes, exclusively open for reservations by Oxford University post-graduate students, with homes available for occupation from 1 October 2024. There may be a possibility that some properties are available earlier. However, this cannot be guaranteed and will only be confirmed closer to the time.
Located in the historic village of Iffley, with good connectivity to Oxford City Centre, the scheme’s design has sustainability and comfort at its heart. Houses are designed to Passive House principles, and will have an EPC rating of A, with solar panels and air source heat pumps in all homes.
Local amenities including schools, GP services and a local bus service are within walking distance ensuring the scheme’s suitability for families. The new community will also benefit from a range of green spaces including landscaped courtyards, meadows and a children’s play area on site, as well as direct access to the managed woodland surrounding the site.
Students interested in Court Place Gardens can apply in the usual way via the Graduate Accommodation Office website, but will enter into a tenancy agreement directly with Homes for Students. It is anticipated that tenancies for the first year will run from 1 October 2024 – 31 August 2025.
